Who doesn’t love a good cup of coffee in the morning? It is the ultimate pick-me-up. Sadly, however, from time to time you may spill this coffee, and suddenly you are dealt a situation that needs to be fixed as quickly as possible. But how can you remove a coffee stain? Let’s take a little look.

One of the most important things for you to do is blot up all of that excess moisture as quickly as possible. For this you are going to need paper towels, and a lot of them. With these you are going to be blotting the coffee stain from the outside in. Every time one towel gets dirty change it. You will want to get rid of as much as that moisture as possible or the next stage of the coffee stain removal will be in vain.

Next we are going to need a white vinegar solution. You should not use malt vinegar, that will just make the problem even worse! Mix together a solution of 2/3 cup of water and a third a cup of white vinegar.

Dip a towel or wash cloth into this mixture and make sure the stain is saturated. Again, working form the outside inwards. Once saturated, blot this stain with clean paper towels, much like you did before. This should completely eradicate the stain!
